We build the first systems and integrate them into the team's existing tools. We train the team, document every workflow, and set up monitoring. Something fully shipped in less than a month is realistic depending on scope. From there we tune the systems, build the next wave, and handle anything that breaks. Everything we build lives in your repo or in infrastructure we operate on your behalf.
Keep going or walk away
If it's working, we keep building new modules. If it's not, you end the working relationship with 30 days notice and walk away with everything: code, prompts, model configurations, data pipelines, infrastructure as code, documentation. Plus two weeks of free transition support.
